We provide highly reliable, accurate and exact transcribed documents, which set standards for the industry to follow.  We have worked with a variety of attorneys, from solo practitioners to corporate legal departments in consistently delivering a 98.5% quality rate of transcriptions.  Our delivery process is transparent and we give opportunity to the client to check the status of the project at anytime.

Our rates are quoted per dictated minute, hour, or for many of our clients we also quote flat fees for ad-hoc assignments. Our transcribers on average have a 60 to 70 WPM speed.

For smaller or expedited assignments we have the resources to provide a 24 hour turnaround and due to our ability to take advantage of time zone differences. The basic configuration of our PC's: Intel 2 GHz processor, 2GB RAM, and 160 GB Hard drive, Windows XP.
